What Are the Criteria Requirements for My User ID and Password?

The criteria requirements for your user ID and password for your participant account on the HowardSimon Retirement Portal are as follows:

• Your User ID can be anything you wish so long as it is not currently in use.
• Your Password must be at least 10 characters in length and contain one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol.

Changes to your User ID and Password will take effect immediately.
