How Do I Recover My User ID?

If you have forgotten your User ID, you can quickly and easily recover it using the HowardSimon Retirement Portal.

From the login page, use the options under the blue Sign In button to select Forgot Username. 

On the Username Recovery screen, enter the Email Address you provided at registration, your Birthdate, and the Last 4 digits of SSN (Social Security Number).  Then click the blue Send Email button.  The system will send an email containing your username.
