If you have forgotten your password or if you receive a message that your credentials are incorrect, you can quickly and easily reset your password using the HowardSimon Retirement Portal.
From the login page, use the options under the blue Sign In button to select Forgot Password.
On the Password Recovery screen, enter your Username to initiate a password reset and click the blue Continue button. You will be required to complete additional security questions before the password is reset is complete.
Click the blue here link to receive a verification code. Enter the Text Message Verification Code and answer the Password Recovery Questions that were set up during the initial registration phase. Then click Continue.
You will then be prompted to enter a New Password and Verify the Password.
Once entered, click the blue Continue button.
Upon successful completion of the steps above, you will receive a message that Your password has been changed and you will be redirected to the Welcome! page where you can log in using the new password. Please store the new password in a safe place for future use.
