For security purposes, participant name and address changes cannot be made online using the HowardSimon Retirement Portal.
Requests to change a name and/or address can be emailed to retire@howardsimon.com. Please include in the email a copy of a government issued photo ID and one additional statement (utility, bank, etc.) with your current address.
If you are still employed with the company that maintains your Plan, please also contact your Plan Administrator/Payroll Provider to communicate the change. Plan Administrators will need to ensure that payroll records are updated so that any change requests are not overwritten with old data.
