You can access your quarterly 401(k) statements at any time or create a custom statement by visiting your participant account on the HowardSimon Retirement Portal.
QUARTERLY STATEMENTS
After logging into your account on the HowardSimon Portal, use the Documents & Reports menu bar to select Notices/Reports. Note that if you have not previously enrolled in the plan, you will need to do so prior to accessing statements.
Scroll to the list of reports and expand Report Group: Participant Statements. Click on the most recent statements published. New statements are typically published by the 15th of the month following the end of the previous quarter.
CUSTOM STATEMENTS
You also have the ability to print a custom statement for a specific timeframe by following the steps below.
- From the menu bar select Documents & Reports and then Notices/Reports.
- On the Create Reports screen, use the Select report box to select Quarterly Account Statement.
- Choose the Plan Year in the Available plan years box for the Plan Year to which your report period applies;
- Enter a date range for your report using the From and To date boxes.
- Use the Get Results button to generate your report.
- A pop-up box will direct you to open and save or print your Report.
